Job Summary
Concentrix, a global leader in customer experience and business process solutions, is seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant (Female Candidates Only) to join our dynamic remote workforce. Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently.
• Handle incoming emails, messages, and calls, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Coordinate virtual meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
• Assist in data entry, database management, and record-keeping.
• Conduct basic online research and compile relevant data or market insights.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information.
• Support daily administrative tasks to enhance team productivity and organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Experience
• 0–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Executive, or in a similar remote administrative role.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
• Flexible working hours based on project requirements.
• Standard shift: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
• Occasional weekend or evening work may be required depending on client schedules.
