## What You'll Be Doing
Execution & Delivery
📍Manage the CEO’s calendar and inbox across time zones, ensuring efficient scheduling, alignment with priorities, and timely follow-through.
📍Coordinate all travel logistics—including flights, accommodations, and visas—as well as logistics for retreats, investor gatherings, and events.
📍Support day-to-day administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing subscriptions, and handling occasional personal logistics.
📍Track and manage executive-level projects, ensuring stakeholder coordination, clear timelines, and on-time delivery of key outcomes.
📍Prepare internal documentation, including briefing notes, slide decks, meeting summaries, and progress reports to support strategic decision-making.

## What We’re Looking For
📍High Agency & Attention to Detail – You’re proactive, perceptive, and operate with a high bar for quality, precision, and follow-through.
📍Clear & Multilingual Communicator – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with the ability to adapt tone across audiences and channels.
📍Executive Support Experience – Background in a similar PA or operations role within a fast-paced, international environment, supporting high-level leadership.
📍Adaptable & Service-Oriented – Highly flexible, approachable, and responsive, with a mindset geared toward enabling others and navigating shifting priorities with ease.
